Honhaar Scholarship Program CM Punjab 2024 – Maryam Nawaz Sharif has announced the scholarship programs for the students of Punjab to promote education in the Province.

Eligibility Criteria for Honhaar Scholarship:

Applicant Must Possess the following conditions before applying for Honhaar Scholarship 2024

1. Student must possess domicile from any district of the Punjab.
2. Secondly, he should not older than 22 years of age on closing date.
3. Thirdly, Family monthly income should be less than Rs 300,000 (Affidavit Required) (Download Sample Affidavit).
4. Fourthly, Applicant must be enrolled in Selected Disciplines in the Selected Universities / Colleges in fall session 2024. Whereas, new enroled students of MBBS as well as BDS 2024 will also be eligible for Honhar Scholarship 2024.
5. Minimum FSc./Intermediate marks:
   1. Medical Colleges students required more than 80% Marks.
   2. Top Universities students required more than 80% Marks.
   3. Public Sector Universities > 75% for Sciences and > 70% for Arts and Social Sciences
   4. HED Colleges > 65% for Sciences and > 60% for Arts and Social Sciences

Honhaar Undergraduate Scholarship Program

CM Punjab has started a very bright undergraduate Honhaar scholarship program 2024 for the undergraduate students of Punjab province.

She is of the view that higher education is the right of every student beyond the financial condition of the students. There are lots of students who want to get higher education, but there is scarcity of resources to continue the higher education. In this way, this Honhar scholarship program will help the needy students to continue their educational career without any hurdle.

Undergraduate Degree Program in 68 selected Disciplines

The undergraduate degree Program is for 68 selected disciplines across the Punjab. Moreover, there are 50 universities and 16 medical colleges that are included in this scholarship programs of Maryam Nawaz.

Moreover, there are also 16 medical colleges, 131 graduate colleges of HED. Further, there also included many high rank universities such as, Fast National University, University of the Punjab, LUMS, Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institutes and NUST. There are further other 7 leading private universities in Punjab.

Government will invest 7 billion rupees for Honhaar Scholarship program and there will be 30,000 scholarships for every year.

Moreover, the Honhaar Scholarships program will cover more than 120000 students of undergraduate in the coming 4 years. There will be total investment of 130 billion rupees in coming 8 years.
