CM Punjab has approved 50 Billion rupees for 8 projects for Apni Chat Apna Ghar to provide housing facilities to the people of the Punjab. This initiative is to provide and easy and cheap residing facilities and self home for the people of Punjab.

Apni Chhat Apna Ghar Scheme 2024

Apni Chhat Apna Ghar Scheme 2024– The primary features of the Apna Chaat scheme is to provide the 15 Lakh rupees that is interest free loan.

Moreover, this 15 Lakh loan is for purchasing of 5 marla plot in urban areas of Punjab and 15 lakh loans for purchase of 10 marla plots in rural areas.

Additionally, there will be 3 month grace period for which there will be no payment required on the side of the buyer of plot.

Apni Chhat Apna Ghar Scheme 2024 – Monthly Instalment

Apni Chaht Apna Ghar scheme is highlighted by the CM Punjab and said that there will be 14000 monthly instalment which is easy to pay.

Further the ‘Apni Chhat Apna Ghar’ scheme will be implemented in all big cities across Punjab. The houses built under this scheme will feature two bedrooms, a TV lounge, a bathroom, and a well-sized kitchen, ensuring comfortable living for all.
