Further, the sim detail can also be checked by visiting the nearest office of Pakistan Telecommunication Authority
- SMS Services: You can also use SMS services provided by different mobile operators to check the number of SIMs registered against your CNIC. In this process, in recipient field, enter 667. Type the message “MNP”. Send the message and you will receive the detail of all sims registered against your CNIC. This is the easiest way to check the status and ownership of your sims. Through this process one can check that how many number of sims have been registered on your ID card number.
- Mobile Apps: Some telecom companies have apps that allow you to manage your SIMs and check ownership details.
- Customer Service: You can contact the customer service of your mobile operator for assistance. By providing the proof of your SIM ownership you can check the details of your sim as well as other details such as calls record and messages record.
